ANA ANTONIO RODRIGUEZ
she/her/ella
Clinical & Cultural Psychotherapist
Ana Rodriguez is a proud Mexicana and Otomí therapist rooted en la resistencia, healing, y el amor comunitario. As a first-generation college graduate and DACAmented social worker, Ana brings her lived experience into the heart of her therapeutic work, walking alongside BIPOC and Spanish-speaking communities in their journeys toward healing, empowerment, and transformación.
At Mayamotion Healing, Ana’s approach is anything but ordinary. Grounded in cultura, conciencia, y coraje, she supports clients in reconnecting with their authentic selves, while holding space to explore how systemic oppression, cultural expectations, and generational wounds shape our mental health and sense of belonging. Her therapeutic style is both gentle and bold—cultivating confianza, self-love, and deep inner reflection through an unapologetically decolonial lens.
With over seven years of experience across schools, clinics, and grief-centered work with families, Ana has learned that true healing begins when we are seen not just as individuals, but as part of a larger story—one filled with ancestral wisdom, struggle, and resilience. Whether she’s offering space for grief, acompañando in crisis, or celebrating breakthroughs in therapy, Ana’s work embodies Mayamotion’s mission to disrupt the status quo and build a more just, connected, and inclusive future—mind, body, and corazón.
